PACE® Multiplex Master Mix

PACE® Multiplex Master Mix is supplied at 2x concentration for convenience and is supplied with the ROX normalising dye at either high level (500nM working concentration), low level (25nM working concentration), standard ROX (150nM working concentration) or without ROX. The reporting dyes include FAM, HEX, ATTO 550 and ATTO 647N.
Why use PACE® Multiplex Master Mix?
The master mix has an inhibitor resistant formulation to facilitate amplification with samples containing high level of PCR inhibitors. By running multiple tests in a single well, you can half the cost of plastics, significantly reduce labour time and increase throughput.
